Mountain View Energy Partners facilitated the sale of a 4 MW-dc solar portfolio.

The portfolio consisted of three projects located throughout Minnesota, all developed as part of the Minnesota Community Solar Garden Program. The projects were constructed in 2019 by a real estate developer that monetized the associated tax benefits but did not intend to remain the long-term owner or operator. Mountain View Energy Partners sourced qualified buyers, led the financial modeling and front-end due diligence, and managed the transaction through closing.
